The HYDROPIK gives you the option of installation in the sink, shower, or both. We recommend the shower installation for more than one reason:

1. All oral irrigators can be messy.
2. We have found that people are more compliant with its use because it becomes a visual reminder (most people take a shower daily, and with it being hooked up in the shower the convenience factor comes in to play)
