The Hydropik is an oral irrigator. It is designed to flush bacteria, toxins and food debris from the mouth using a pulsating water flow. There are many areas in the mouth where only oral irrigators can reach (deep below the gums). These areas also tend to harbor the most destructive bacteria.

CAN I INSTALL IT?
Only a plier is required to remove the sink aerator or the shower head. It couldn’t be easier.
WHICH IS BEST, SINK OR SHOWER PLACEMENT?
We recommend shower placement only because all oral irrigators can be messy until you are familiar with their use. In sink placement, there are things that you can do to avoid a big mess:
Use the black on/off button to control the water flow
Do not look in the mirror
Bend over the sink while using
DON’T ORAL IRRIGATORS FORCE HARMFUL BACTERIA BELOW THE GUM LEVEL?
This is possibly true when first using an oral irrigator, but let’s use the same analogy to exercise. Does exercising cause muscle soreness?
Generally speaking at first that is true. However, continued exercising strengthens muscles. The Hydropik works the same. It strengthens the gums making them more fibrous and disease resistant.
THE HYDROPIK TICKLED MY MOUTH SO MUCH I COULDN’T USE IT, WILL THIS CONTINUE?
No. After using it for 3 or 4 times the “tickly sensation” diminishes and completely disappears. The same situation is voiced when people first start using an electric toothbrush.
